1. What is the setback for a new residential house in A1 zoning.

First you need to look at the plat and check for setbacks.   You also need to check on the flood map.   Usually in A1 if nothing is there it will be 50 from front, 40 from back and 15 from sides.

2. For a logging permit - What are the documents that are required?

You will need deed, plat, miscellaneous document showing how many acres to be logged and what road.

3. How many sets of drawings are needed for a subdivision approval?

You will need 3 sets of drawings of the subdivision showing open space, green space, roads and each lot drawn out with the setbacks.
