of 30% or greater. Childhood obesity is fast becoming our number
one child health problem in the United States. Obesity is a very
serious condition for children and adults and in some cases can be fatal
if left untreated. Obesity leads to numerous other health conditions
and diseases. The best treatment for obesity is proper nutrition
and exercise.
